Receive verbal approval of fundraiser from the Athletic Director.

• Send an email with the following information:

  • Sport

  • Fundraiser Title

  • Description of Event

  • Cost

  • The date you want it posted under registrations on our Athletic Website

  • Date of Event

  • Time of Event

  • Location: Make sure to put a request into FMX if the event is on campus

  • Any other information you want on the form?

• Forward your response email to Beth and me so we know to review it.

• Based on the information above, an event link page will be created for the fundraiser. 

• All donations must be paid through Eventlink.

• Beth will send you the link to sign up. 

If requested- we will post the fundraiser event on Social Media.

After the fundraiser, Beth/Travis will send the money to your activities account and let you know the amount, along with an update on your activity account balance.
