Receive verbal approval of fundraiser from the Athletic Director.
Send an email with the following information:
Sport
Fundraiser Title
Description of Event
Cost
The date you want it posted under registrations on our Athletic Website
Date of Event
Time of Event
Location: Make sure to put a request into FMX if the event is on campus
Any other information you want on the form?
Forward your response email to Beth and me so we know to review it.
Based on the information above, an event link page will be created for the fundraiser.
All donations must be paid through Eventlink.
Beth will send you the link to sign up.
If requested- we will post the fundraiser event on Social Media.
After the fundraiser, Beth/Travis will send the money to your activities account and let you know the amount, along with an update on your activity account balance.
