Boosters Request Process

STEP 1

Receive verbal approval from the Athletic Director.

STEP 2

Fill out the Coopersville Athletic Boosters Request Form

STEP 3

The Athletic Director will submit the request to the Athletic Boosters and follow up if necessary.

STEP 4

Attend the next Athletic Boosters Meeting for approval.
